Booking conditions

How does the booking process work?+
Booking with Samsaara is both simple and tailor-made. Choose a property from our collection or speak with one of our advisors for more details. Once the property has been selected and availability has been confirmed with the owner, you approve the booking and its terms. A deposit finalizes your reservation, then our concierge service takes over to arrange every service you need and make your stay truly unique.
How will payment for my stay be handled?+

To confirm your reservation, we will ask you to pay a deposit within 72 hours of signing your contract.

The balance will then be due no later than two months before the start date of your rental.

Will a security deposit be required?+
Before your arrival, a security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage. Its amount will be specified in your rental agreement and can be requested from your advisor before proceeding with the booking. It will be used to cover replacement or repair costs, upon presentation of supporting documentation provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a rigorous review.
Are early check-in or late check-out options available?+
Check-in and check-out times are to be confirmed. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on the property's availability and the owners' approval. These options are not automatically included and must be requested in advance through your advisor.
What are the cancellation conditions?+
You may cancel your contract subject to the following fees:
Up to 60 days before your arrival: 50% of the total rental amount.
Between 59 days before arrival and the day of check-in: 100% of the total rental amount.
